Polaris' Dcap system is a 'state of the art' management tool for financial advisors, which enables them to concentrate on serving your interests better. Now your Polaris advisor can provide you with a comprehensive summary of all your assets and liabilities, consolidated into one report and presented in the currency of your choice.

Accurate and Graphical Reports
These can be provided on a regular basis or on demand from your financial advisor. A variety of different views, sorted by asset class or by sector, can be used to classify your investments. Polaris' Dcap system uses the latest prices available at the close of each business day to ensure that you and your advisor have the most up-to-date information in hand.

Aggregated Information
Information is collated from a range of different sources including feeds from the Financial Times as well as directly from stock markets, major fund managers and insurance companies around the world.

Online Access
If you require, your net asset value can be made available online so that you can monitor your investments twenty-four hours a day, anywhere in the world. Using your unique user identification number and a password that you choose, you are able to view your investments by accessing printable reports directly from your advisor's own website. This allows you to monitor any business that you have transacted through your advisor. Pending purchases, sales and switches will appear, confirming that your consultant has acted upon your instructions.

Security and Confidentiality
Security is a priority to Polaris Asset Management. The latest encryption techniques and preventative measures are used to protect your data, which is kept locked in a dedicated data processing area comprising a whole floor of our data processing offices with strictly controlled access. Most importantly, at no time are your names or contact details associated online with your investments. Therefore, in the unlikely event of our security being breached, the information that could be obtained would be of little value.

Polaris' Dcap system is based in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Data Protection Ordinance protects your personal data. Additionally the system is approved by the Data Privacy Commission in the Isle of Man.
